Residential Foreman

GA Johnson Construction is looking for a qualified Construction Foreman to build high quality, Luxury Custom Homes in and around the Sioux Falls area metro.

Organize carpenters, manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules.

Must be Team orientated!

Prepare and record necessary job logs, schedules, man power projections.

Must have 10 years hands on experience with Custom Homes or light commercial projects.

Must be experienced residential carpenter. (This is a working position)

Safety is a must. 10 Hour OSHA required.
